I have a photo to share here, though:
Yup, that's a strawberry-ed chocolate cheesecake topped with cornflakes I baked.
An achievement for me, since I can bake now but it is nothing to be proud of.
Why?
Because.
Officially, this is the third cheesecake I made on my own. But they are always there, those fissure-like cracks.
Anyone knows why cakes have those cracks?
. . . perhaps I have no talent in baking cakes.

hey it looks yummy though and the cracks were not dat bad..
i know crack on cake is not funny but the way u said it was funny..haha..(didnt mean to laugh)
im not a good baker, cakes that i baked cracked as well..worse than urs. huhu
haha, since (i think) ure not going to open a bakery shop or a confectionery sometime soon, it doesnt matter if the cake doesnt look perfect. its the taste that counts and it tasted great!
baking is definitely for u.eheh. especially when u keep giving it out to others ^_-

Urm, unfortunately I do care a bit about those cracks. What if I were to give someone a whole cake? Don't want those cracks there . . . uuu~
